The Company
STA Elements offers, in two geographical locations (Orlando and Holland), a wide range of hotel guest supplies (personal care amenities and guest room accessories), specialising in hotel toiletries. Our customers include luxury hotels, international hotel chains, cruise lines and spa's. Besides our in-house brands and the premium brand RLX!®, we also design private labels for hotel groups. Other products we offer include hotel and spa slippers, bathrobes, towels, pens, bath room accessories, mints and hotel safes.
Having our own production, design-centre, warehouse and logistic facilities, we can offer flexible solutions to meet your requests. Our team of professionals can turn your ideas into a tailor-made concept spending a minimum of your time. Our production facilities are located in China and Turkey. Our factories produce under strict ISO certification. If requested we supply our products via several worldwide distributors to ensure your operations have only one point of contact and in order to fulfil one-stop-shop demands.
HOTEL BATHROOM ACCESSORIES (SOAPS, GELS, SHAMPOOS, BATH SALTS)
In cases where there is a demand for high quality guest room accessories, but no need for customisation of products, we can offer several solutions from our own available product line. In the following product areas we have developed and can supply from stock:
- Complete ranges of bar soaps, liquid soaps, bath gels, shampoo, hair conditioner and bath salts, combined with a full line of accessories such as shower caps, dental kits, shaving kits etc
- A complete range of RLX!® branded guest products
- A linen and terry collection
- Bath robes, towels, bath mats, slippers, sheets etc
- An in-room safe collection to be mounted in cupboards, on walls or just on a pedestal
PERSONAL CARE AMENITIES - CUSTOM-BASED DESIGN
Personal care amenities and guest room accessories should extend the established image of your hotel and should provide a warm welcome to your guests. The design of our products should be more than just a copy of your corporate designs - it should extend the feeling your guest already has when he or she enters one of your rooms.
Our professional designers play an important role in the area of idea conversion. We frequently find that every hotel is already equipped with enough ideas to meet the starting points. The main added value from our side will be to convert the ideas to practical solutions with a high level for design. In the end your small investment of resources will be significant in achieving guest satisfaction and positions you well above your competitors.
Our representatives will personally aid you in the selection and specification of solutions and provide comprehensive design support. Based on this we will send you product samples and swatches and help you make an informed decision.
GUEST ROOM TOILETRIES - PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Our production facilities are selected and educated to follow our design principles.
Rather than seeing production as just the manufacture of one specified idea, we integrate a number of our activities in our production facilities. These activities include our moulding and sample production. We ensure that what we design can be efficiently produced, meeting quality standards and supplying on time.
INTERNATIONAL HOTEL DISTRIBUTION
Operating our own central distribution centres in Europe, America and Asia, we can ensure product quality, service and delivery performance. This international presence and longstanding experience secure efficient transportation. We can supply tailor-made logistic solutions based on product demand planning combined with our logistical partners to ensure the lowest cost of distribution.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service department is equipped with state-of-the-art solutions to meet the highest demand for information. During daytime travelling from Amsterdam to our office by car is about 45 minutes. Take the A9 south direction Amersfoort, after some 30 minutes take exit to the A27 (this is near Hilversum) direction Utrecht, leave the A27 at the exit "Bilthoven" in the direction of Bilthoven take this local road for some 4 minutes until you reach the traffic lights, turn right (this is the "Gezichtslaan"), take the fourth road on your left, directly after on the left side you will find our office (Van der Helstlaan 26a)

General Terms and conditions
1. Application
These terms apply to all agreements entered into with our customers. In cases in which the customers have their own general terms and conditions and these conflict with ours, our terms will apply.
2. Delivery
Deliverytimes are estimated. Exceeding deliverytime does not furnish the customer with any right to claim compensation, to break the agreement, nor to neglect to fulfil any obligation that the agreement with us has placed upon the customer. Deliveries are ex warehouse.
3. Transport
Goods sold are at customer’s risk from the moment of dispatch. We do not accept any liability for damage during transport that these goods suffer, even when freight paid delivery is agreed.
4. Complaints
Any complaints must reach us in writing by registered mail within 10 days after receipt of the goods and must include an accurate account of the nature of, and grounds for, the complaint. All rights to lodge complaints expires when this period of time has elapsed.
5. Payment
Payment is due within the period mentioned on the invoice. If the fixed period for payment is exceeded, the customer is liable, without declaration of default, to pay us interest of 1,5% per month on the invoiced sum. Where payment is not made within the fixed period, we draw the customer’s attention to this fact and offer a period of 8 days within which the customer can meet the obligation. If, after this period has elapsed, we pass our claim for payment into the hands of a lawyer, or have arranged for the debt to be collected in some other manner. The debt will be increased by all relevant administrative and extra judicial costs incurred by us, including the fees of legal advisers, the minimum increment being € 150,00, without any reduction in the sum that the customer in any case owes us under the terms of this article.
6. Reserved right of ownership
Until we have received payment in full from the customer, all goods supplied by us to the customer remain our property for account and risk of the customer. We are in that case entitled, without any injunction, and insofar necessary authorized by the customer, to repossess these goods, in which case the agreement will have been dissolved without judicial involvement, and without detriment to our right to claim compensation for damage, lost profits and interest.
7. Applicable law and cognisance
Dutch law applies to all agreements into which we enter. With respect to all conflicts the competent judge in the districtcourt of Utrecht has jurisdiction.
